By accessing, browsing, or using the IpsumForge website (https://ipsumforge.com), web utilities, or associated assets, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any portion of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the website immediately.

We believe placeholder text tools should empower creators without legal friction:

• Unconditional Royalty-Free Use: Any placeholder copy, Cicero Latin excerpts, themed vocabulary combinations, HTML structures, Markdown blocks, or JSON snippets generated via IpsumForge are granted to you under a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license.
• Commercial Applicability: You may freely incorporate generated text into commercial website templates, client prototypes, Figma/Sketch UI design systems, mockups, mobile apps, seed databases, and printed marketing collateral.
• No Mandatory Attribution: You are not required to credit IpsumForge, although developer referrals and backlink credits are welcomed.

You agree to use IpsumForge responsibly and in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws:

• No Malicious Attacks: You shall not perform denial-of-service attacks, attempt to circumvent rate limits, probe server vulnerabilities, or inject malicious payloads into form endpoints.
• Automated Scraping: IpsumForge operates via client-side libraries. Aggressive scraping or bot requests that intentionally place excessive load on our static edge CDN are prohibited.
• Ethical Content Application: While generated text is synthetic or public domain Latin, you agree not to use IpsumForge services to generate deceptive spam, automated phishing copy, or defamatory content.

It is important to distinguish between generated output and the IpsumForge platform:

• IpsumForge Platform Assets: The IpsumForge name, brand marks, logos, vector icons, curated dictionary indices, source code, UI designs, and CSS stylesheets are the intellectual property of IpsumForge and its author (Anuj Shrivastava). You may not clone, rebrand, or redistribute the web application as a competing commercial SaaS without explicit permission.
• Public Domain Heritage: Classical Cicero Latin texts (dating to 45 BC) and H. Rackham's 1914 Loeb Classical Library translations are in the public domain.

IpsumForge is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability.

We make no representations or guarantees that synthetic or themed placeholder text will meet specific editorial, factual, or regulatory standards. Placeholder copy is designed exclusively for visual layout and prototyping evaluation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall IpsumForge, its maintainers, contributors, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption) arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the service.

Our application may contain links to external third-party repositories, documentation (such as Astro or Tailwind CSS), or sponsor networks. We do not exercise editorial control over third-party sites and assume no responsibility for their content, privacy practices, or operating policies.

We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue any feature or vocabulary theme in IpsumForge at any time without prior notice.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated date at the top of this document will reflect changes. Continued use of IpsumForge following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
